The annual D1 vs. D2 Shootout will be held in Hollywood, Maryland on Sept 8th and 9th sponsored by the Patuxent Aeromodelers. The field is located on Steer Horn Neck Road, in Hollywood, Maryland and is part of Greenwell State Park... GPS coordinates: 38.21.894 N 76.32.202 W Classes include Sportsman, Intermediate, Advanced, Masters, and FAI. The Field will be open on Friday for practice. Lunch will be available on Saturday. Pilot's meeting to held precisely at 9:00 AM Saturday. Expect to get 4 rounds in on Saturday and 2 rounds in on Sunday. Awards for 1st through 3rd in each class. Please let us know if you plan on attending. |
